Civil Demand
State Civil Demand laws allow retail merchants and other businesses that offer merchandise and product for sale to the public, to offset the losses and costs associated with retail theft, such as shoplifting, by demanding an applicable statutory civil penalty amount from the person caught stealing. Mr. Asen provides this service which includes negotiating with the perpetrator’s counsel to pay, as well as engaging with prosecutors and court personnel, in association with The Zellman Group, LLC, the national leader in retail loss prevention services.
Employee Restitution
Theft by employees results in significant lossess to retail merchants and other businesses that offer merchandise and services for sale. Restitution is repayment by the employee of the loss caused by the employee in order to compensate the company. Mr.Asen pursues restitution from employees who have been caught stealing merchandise, embezzelment, or otherwise causing the company to suffer a loss, in association with The Zellman Group, LLC., using the same process as with Civil Demand.
